Include your Support ID from the in-app Comms or pause Settings screen, your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, or private keys.

Purchases and Restore
Port 443 / Containment uses Apple in-app purchases. Payment, billing, and refund eligibility are handled by Apple. The app provides Restore Purchases for durable entitlements such as speed unlocks and Founder cosmetic access.
Consumable Compute grants are one-time grants. If a bundle contains both durable unlocks and a consumable Compute grant, Restore Purchases restores the durable unlocks but does not duplicate the consumable grant.
Diagnostics
The app can keep local crash, hang, performance, and gameplay diagnostic summaries. Uploading diagnostic summaries is optional and is controlled in the app. Uploaded summaries help us investigate crashes, account issues, purchase issues, and fair-play integrity.
