Agreement
These Terms are between you and Aerodyne Inc.. By downloading, accessing, or using Port 443 / Containment, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Virtual Currency terms, and the Fair Play rules.
License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment on compatible Apple devices through the App Store. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
Accounts and Server Authority
The game creates a pseudonymous backend identity to operate progression, purchases, challenges, leaderboards, rewards, research, and anti-cheat systems. Server records are authoritative for cloud-linked currency, entitlements, research jobs, challenge rewards, and leaderboards.
Local saves support play continuity, but local data can be reconciled, rejected, or corrected when inconsistent with server records or fair-play rules.
Acceptable Use
You may not cheat, exploit, reverse engineer, tamper with app or server communications, automate play, modify the client, attack the service, submit false run data, abuse support, or interfere with other players or leaderboards.
Virtual Currency and Purchases
In-app purchases may include consumable Compute packs, durable speed unlocks, one-time bundles, cosmetic themes, and other disclosed items. Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, redeemed for money, or used outside the game.
Balance Changes and Live Service
Port 443 / Containment is a live game. We may patch, tune, rebalance, add, remove, suspend, or replace features, challenges, rewards, items, research costs, timers, enemy behavior, or modes to improve the game, preserve fair play, comply with platform rules, or operate the service.
Enforcement
If we detect cheating, fraud, payment abuse, or serious misuse, we may remove leaderboard entries, deny rewards, reverse improperly obtained currency, suspend access to online features, or terminate access where appropriate. You may appeal enforcement through support.
Disclaimers and Liability
The game and services are provided as available and as permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerodyne is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
