Apple Handles App Store Refunds
Purchases made on iPhone are billed by Apple. To request a refund, use Apple Report a Problem or Apple Support. Apple determines refund eligibility and timing under its policies and applicable consumer law.
What Happens In Game
When Apple reports that a consumable purchase was refunded or revoked, the server may reverse the remaining unused Compute balance or apply a negative ledger adjustment if the Compute was already spent. When Apple reports that a durable entitlement was refunded or revoked, the server may remove that entitlement.
This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. If you believe a refund or entitlement reversal was applied incorrectly, contact support with your Support ID and the Apple receipt information that does not include payment card details.
Restore Purchases
Use Restore Purchases in the app to reconcile durable entitlements associated with your Apple account. Restore does not duplicate consumable currency grants.
