Use the form below for privacy requests. Include your Support ID, the request type, your country or state of residence, and a contact address where support can respond.
You can request access, deletion, correction, portability, opt-out or limitation rights where available, and an appeal if you believe a request was handled incorrectly.
Verification and Timing
We verify requests before fulfilling them, usually by matching your Support ID and confirming control of the contact channel used for the request. We aim to respond within 30 days, or within the time required by your jurisdiction.
Deletion Limits
Deletion may remove or reset cloud-linked gameplay, economy, challenge, and leaderboard records. We may retain limited records where needed for security, anti-fraud, App Store transaction accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, or to keep a public leaderboard from becoming misleading. Where practical, retained leaderboard entries can be anonymized.
